This is a shot of the west end of bridge 46D taken from the grade on the
opposite end. In this shot you can see some of the concrete footings
and the pole that was located just west of the bridge. Vol. IV of "The RGS
Story" has a very similar shot on page 102 with K-27 461 at about this location.
Page 103 show #455 at the same location on the same day photographed by Richard
Kindig on June 7, 1951. I was only about 54 years too late! Photo by Dave
