This first view of the wye on the top of Lizard Head Pass was taken from the west end. The view is to the southeast were the tail follows the stockpen in the background. The grade to the left would take you on over to Trout Lake. Photo by Dave Dye on June 4, 2005.

This shot was taken from the tail of the wye and provides a view of the grade heading towards Rico. A concrete and wood memorial is just visible to the left of center on the grade. The information on the memorial is badly worn but provides some history of the RGS at this location. A modern sign out of view to the right provides information about the RGS and the Galloping Goose trail system. Photo by Dave Dye on June 4, 2005.

This shot provides a view of the east leg of the wye which heads down to Trout Lake. The small cut can be see at the right edge of the shot. Across the highway is a rest area with more signage regarding the RGS. Photo by Dave Dye on June 4, 2005.
