3654 was used for passenger service at Sumpter Valley but was later sold to Georgetown Loop. While at the Valmont, CO site being worked upon it was destroyed by fire. Many of the lower metal parts now live on with boxcar 3148. This photo was taken shortly after the fire on June 6, 2005 by Jason Midyette.
